We are looking for an outstanding and dynamic Technology leader to join our team as VP of Technology for Orchard Brands. This role will be based out of our Middleton, MA office which operates in a hybrid work setting. The Vice President of Technology is a senior leadership role in the Orchard Brand organization. You will lead the company's IT strategy and oversee all aspects of its information systems with a focus on driving innovation, planning future states, and ensuring a high level of system availability, performance, and stability. You will manage all business-critical technology functions, including systems design, software development, and implementation of software. In addition, you will be at the forefront of the company's approach to the customer interface, integrating e-commerce and traditional channels into a consistent Omni-channel customer experience. This role operates in a highly collaborative manner with executive leadership, business teams and external vendor partners. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Provide vision and guidance to the organization in planning and organization of all IT systems technology to ensure alignment with defined organizational goals and strategic plans. Responsible for the selection, acquisition, design, development, maintenance, installation, and support of information technology solutions. Lead a team of 40
in mentoring and developing the team's focus, culture, and continued improvement in process, engineering practices, and overall ownership of the technology footprint. Evaluate existing company technology footprint and continually execute improvements in system efficiency, quality, and usability. Define and continually refine the company's ongoing 3-5-year technology roadmap Manage annual technology financial operating and capital budget processes while driving towards improving efficiency in ongoing IT costs and annual spending QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in a related field OR equivalent work experience, plus a minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in a leading a complex IT department with companies known for strong process and methodologies in operational excellence. Strategic leader who has a combination of technical know-how, business acumen, and organizational leadership skills. Accomplished thought leader that balances what is possible with what is practical to support business operations, drive productivity improvements and an industry-leading customer experience Proven leadership skills with a track record of driving organizations through periods of significant growth and change, capitalizing on the strength of in-house talent while enhancing the core expertise of the organization through identifying and recruiting key outside experts Demonstrated ability to operate effectively and credibly in a senior leadership role which emphasizes strategic focus, innovative change and an entrepreneurial spirit as being critical elements of a company's formula for success Excellent analytical skills and solid business acumen coupled with the ability to establish the appropriate technology strategy and implement into workable action plans Proven track record in providing strategic direction and vision that has successfully been translated into actionable plans Strong track record of customer-focus and collaboration and the use of technology to improve business and financial operations Proven leadership in leading organizations through periods of change. Ability to hire, develop, and retain high caliber talent who have successfully contributed to the success of an organization Experience with different software technology methodologies, including Waterfall and Agile. Salary Range:
$250K -- $500K+

Technology ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
