Ferncroft Tower Condominium Ferncroft Tower Condominium Middleton, MA Middleton, MA Part-time Part-time $17 - $19 an hour $17 - $19 an hour 3 days ago 3 days ago 3 days ago Middleton condominium complex is looking for 11PM to 7AM Concierge Security personnel and in the near future will be hiring for the 3PM to 11PM shift also.
Concierge/security officers are tasked with a wide range of duties that making their job a very important one in giving peace of mind to the people in the building they guard.
Some of the duties performed by include:
Greeting, checking in, and directing visitors Enforcing access control and assuring that only authorized personnel enter the building Monitoring operational procedures Maintaining constant surveillance of assigned areas Protecting the property from theft, accidents, fire, and other threats Providing customer service for residents, visitors, and/or guests Writing accident and incident reports for any suspicious activities, safety hazards or medical emergencies Responding to calls for assistance Answering the telephone Checking bags and packages, as needed Concierge security officers are a special breed of professional who provide both security and hospitality services.
The officers are responsible for delivering a high level of customer service for while providing protection for the occupants of the building and safeguarding the property.
