Dispensary Team Lead
Yamba Market is seeking passionate and personable Team Leads to join our team.
An ideal candidate has extensive cannabis product knowledge and customer service experience wish some supervisory experience.
Team Leads at Yamba Market must be able to provide friendly and helpful customer service, guiding customers to the best cannabis products to fit their unique needs.
While also being able to help coach budtenders and inventory specialists to improve and build their skills.
Team Leads must maintain compliance with all cannabis retail regulations and keep the sales floor and display cases clean and orderly.
They are also to help open and close the dispensary.
Qualified applicants have retail sales and customer service experience.
Cannabis industry experience is preferred, but not required.
This job is paid an hourly wage and also earns tips in addition.
Responsibilities:
Provide quality customer service that encourages customer loyalty Educate Bud tenders and customers and politely handle their questions, concerns, and complaints Operate point of sale software to complete sales Handle cash, debit and credit payments Assist with opening and closing standard operating procedures (SOPs) Maintain sales floor, including restocking merchandise and cleaning/organizing displays Meet sales quotas Follow directions from MOD in regards to sales etiquette and downtime tasks.
Support AGMs with Training and supervising the sales floor and keeping team on task and following all SOPs created by YambaSalary$20 - $22 USD per hourRequired Skills Knowledgeable of cannabis basics including products, strains, and consumption methods 1 2 Years of supervisory or management experience is required preferably in cannabis Friendly, personable, and service-oriented Passionate about learning and staying current on cannabis products and trends Minimum 21 years of age Must possess valid drivers license or state ID Must pass any and all required background checks Bud Tenders must be able to acquire a license from the CCC in order to sell and handle cannabis products.
