No experience in the pool or hot tub industry is required, however, applicants with previous customer-facing positions or phone service are encouraged to apply.
Our CSR Position Duties Include:
Handle incoming phone calls, text messages, email, social media inquiries, and review site messages.
Schedule service calls for our technicians.
Accurately adding customer information to our software.
Route nonservice job phone calls to the appropriate team member.
Make appointment confirmation calls.
Make follow-up Happy Calls to ensure a great customer experience once a job has been completed.
